What is 0zer0?

0zer0 concept is constantly sourcing incredible talented independent designers across the world to create a collection which will offer you a chance to purchase unique pieces and create spaces of your own,

0zer0 is also an interior design service dedicated to guide you into the creation of a space which will reflect your identity and your soul. 

How do I shop on 0zer0?

We have some pieces available in our store on Portobello road where we will be happy to welcome you and advice you through your purchase experience.

We have more special pieces available online and some of them require further hard work and will only be made to order specially for you. 

All our pieces are handcrafted and unique. Purchasing an item from 0zer0 is purchasing a distinctive piece.

Can I order via phone?

We're not able to take orders over the phone, but if you are having trouble with the website please contact us by email, contact@0zer0.com and we will be happy to assist you.

How will I receive my items?

We offer various shipping prices per order from each brand, enabling you to shop multiple brands with ease. Each brand will carefully prepare and ship your items to you directly, so you may receive your order in several deliveries. if you wish to place a large order, we will be happy to assist you to try to get the most competitive shipping cost. Please, don't hesitate to contact us for bespoke shipping quote.

Should you need your order sooner, we can discuss it with our designers and see how we could try to match your expectation and get your items ready quicker. 

As soon as you place an order online, we will check with our designer the accurate lead time and will inform you by email and keep you posted. 

When will my order arrive and how can I track it?

If the item is in stock or as soon as it's ready to despatch, we aim to deliver within the UK in 3-5 working days and will despatch within 3 days for the rest of the world. We will always email you the corresponding tracking details.

Do you offer international shipping?

We are offering worldwide shipment and will always be happy to try to find the best rates for you. 

Unfortunately, we won't be able to cover any custom fees.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Our couriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. If delivery is selected to a PO box one of our operations team will be in touch to request another address so we can ship your items to you.

Do you offer VAT refunds for international purchases?

This is not a service we offer.

I have a question about a specific product

How do I use my promo/ discount code?

Head to the checkout as usual, but before clicking PLACE ORDER, enter your promo code in the promo code box, found within the summary box.

Can I purchase a 0zer0 Gift Card?

We do offer gift cards to purchase online that you can use in store or online.

Can I set up a wedding list on 0zer0?

Whilst we do not currently support wedding lists on our website, we will be happy to assist you to prepare one to share with your guests and ease their purchase for your special day.

Do you have any age restrictions on products?

Please note that all knives, products containing alcohol and bladed products are not for sale to people under the age of 18. By placing an order for one of these products, you declare to the brand (seller) that you are 18 years of age or older. Items must be used responsibly and appropriately. Proof of age and a signature will be required on delivery.

Can't find what you are looking for?

We work closely with our designers and can assist you to create some bespoke and commissioned pieces. 

Our Interior designer, can also source specific items for you.
